If you have more than 1,320 gallons of petroleum storage in drums, aboveground tanks or containers larger than 55 gallons than you need an SPCC Plan.
SPCC is a federal mandated program that has been in existence since 1972.
SPCC-regulated facilities are subject to EPA inspections.
